The apartment building is designed as a stepped house with terraces and retreating stories. It has two floors and a basement, which is partly underground and part protrudes above the ground. There is a garage compound with four parking spaces In the basement. On the first floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 3 rooms + a kitchenette. On the second floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 2 rooms + a kitchenette. A walled structural system is being used. The external masonry in the basement is made out of permanent formwork from concrete blocks. The external masonry of the above-ground floors is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry and is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The internal masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry units. The structure is based on strips foundation and is roofed by a warm flat roof.
